At 20:00 on October 9, the 2026 (6th) Asian Beach Games (ABG) in Sanya officially launched its online registration system. From now until December 22, registration will be open to approximately 10,000 external participants, including members of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) family, National Olympic Committees, technical officials, media representatives, and sponsors. This milestone marks a new phase in the preparation work for the Games.

In the morning of October 9, the Sanya ABG Organizing Committee issued and implemented a series of registration policies and guidelines. The Registration Center led internal training sessions and distributed registration document packages to departments under the Executive Committee. Each department then began its registration tasks according to its respective responsibilities and established procedures.

External participants can log in to the Sanya Asian Beach Games Registration Management System to fill out the 20 required fields and complete registration.

“Drawing on both international and domestic experience from hosting similar events, we have designed differentiated registration categories and venue access levels for various client groups,” said a Registration Center representative. “Looking ahead, we will stringently follow the schedule to complete the registration and accreditation process, ensuring a solid and secure foundation for the successful hosting of the Games.”

On January 1, 2026, after the registration period concludes, identity accreditation card production will begin, with the first batch scheduled for mailing on February 1.
