From 29 to 30 January, the “Meet in Sanya, Dream Chasing Asian Beach Games” Promotion Conference on Cooperation Opportunities for the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 (the Games) will be held in Beijing and Hangzhou successively. This initiative aims further to expand the national market development strategy for the Games. Focusing on the strategic opportunities presented by the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP), the promotion sessions seek to establish a high-level cooperation platform, inviting leading enterprises across China to participate in the sporting celebration and to share the dual benefits of the Games and the FTP.
The Beijing session is scheduled for 29 January at the “Panda Eye” Event Hall within the National Speed Skating Oval. Aimed at enterprises from North China, the event will provide a comprehensive overview of the market development framework for the Games, clarify the importance of brand empowerment, and examine various cooperation opportunities. The focus will be on establishing precise links with leading organisations in sports equipment, finance and insurance, transportation, and other sectors to foster a regional cooperation ecosystem in North China.
On January 30, the conference moves to the lecture hall of the Hangzhou Asian Games Museum. The Hangzhou session will feature a select list of leading enterprises from East China that participated in the Hangzhou Asian Games, including Alibaba, Alipay, DBAPPSecurity, and iFLYTEK, to facilitate effective alignment between the Games’ resources and industrial strengths.
Drawing on the operational experience of major international sporting events, the Sanya 2026 Asian Beach Games Organising Committee (SABGOC) will provide partners with a premier platform to boost their global visibility. By integrating Hainan’s industrial strengths with its economic development priorities, SABGOC aims to foster cross-regional flows of talent, capital, and technology, enabling partner enterprises to fully utilise the policy advantages of the Hainan FTP and increase the value of the Games’ intellectual property.
A SABGOC official stated that prominent brands from China and around the world are welcome to visit the Market Development section on the Games' official website for registration details. They are also encouraged to work together in creating a new chapter of mutual growth between sports and industry development at the Games.
