Preparations for the 6th Asian Beach Games (ABG) Sanya 2026 have made significant progress in several key areas, including catering and accommodation, Athletes’ Village operations, uniforms and equipment. Many tasks have now moved from planning to implementation, laying a solid foundation for high-quality services during the Games.

To ensure all participants enjoy a premium lodging and dining experience, the Sanya ABG Executive Committee has confirmed 24 official reception hotels for the Games. On-site inspections have been completed at each hotel to assess hardware facilities, catering capacity, and operational workflows, providing a strong basis for developing diverse and efficient dining service plans.

Meanwhile, the central food warehouse for athletes has been preliminarily selected, and the draft version of the athletes’ menu has undergone a detailed analysis and ingredient estimation. All work strictly follows nutritional and safety standards and has now entered the refined execution stage.

The operation and management of the Athletes’ Village are also advancing steadily. The Athletes’ Village Operations and Management Team Formation Plan has been revised and finalized, with staffing calculations completed to ensure a professional and efficient service team. Following multiple rounds of field research and optimization, the overall layout and supporting facilities plan have now taken final shape.

Currently, all preparatory work for the Sanya Asian Beach Games is progressing on schedule and in an orderly manner.
