This Guide is intended to provide stakeholders of the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “Sanya 2026” or “the Games”), as detailed in Appendix 8, with guidance on shipping Games-related goods to respective venues/venue clusters for the purpose of participating in the Games. This Guide provides the governing laws, regulations, policies, requirements and procedures that stakeholders must comply with when shipping freight to and from China, as well as key contact information.

The 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 Organising Committee (SABGOC) fully recognises the importance of the smooth entry and exit of stakeholders’ freight. In collaboration with China Customs and other competent authorities, SABGOC has formulated policies and procedures for the temporarily imported goods, and established the Freight and Customs Team to assist with the customs clearance and transport of stakeholders’ freight. Customs brokers and international freight forwarders recommended by SABGOC will be ready to help stakeholders with customs declaration and international freight forwarding.

This Guide also provides stakeholders with key dates and contacts, freight policies, shipping instructions, procedures for delivering goods to venues, as well as detailed customs clearance, inspection and quarantine regulations.

Important Note: In the event of any discrepancy between this Guide and The 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 Customs Clearance Notice issued by China Customs, the latter and the interpretations by China Customs shall prevail.
