On 15 December, the Official Prestige Partner Signing Ceremony for the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 (Sanya 2026) was held in Sanya. At the event, the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2026 Organising Committee (SABGOC), and Bornan Sports Technology Co., Ltd. jointly signed the Sponsorship and Services Agreement for the Games.

The agreement was signed by Waleed Mubarak, Director of the OCA’s information technology department, Roberto Garcia R., general manager of Bornan Sports Technology, and Zhang Changfeng, vice mayor of Sanya and deputy director & secretary-general of the Games’ Executive Committee, on behalf of the three parties.

Under the agreement, Bornan Sports Technology will provide nine core IT services for the Games. These include the central results system, timing and scoring systems, results processing systems, TV graphics system, video referee system, and the commentator information system. In addition, the firm will deliver an online results system and a mobile platform to publicise results, as well as a competition entry system under the Games management system, together with related project management services.

At the ceremony, Bornan Sports Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Official Premium Partner of the 6th Asian Beach Games.”

Zhang Changfeng noted that IT is a vital pillar supporting the smooth operation of large-scale international sporting events. The signing with Bornan Sports Technology, the OCA’s Official IT and Digital Partner, marks a significant milestone in the preparations for the Games, with the company set to provide robust technical support. He expressed his expectation that both sides will work together to further explore the extended value of the event, innovate business cooperation models, and build Sanya 2026 into an essential platform for sporting excellence, cultural exchange, and industrial collaboration.

During the ceremony, Zhang, on behalf of SABGOC, presented Bornan Sports Technology with a plaque recognising it as an Official Prestige Partner of the 6th Asian Beach Games.
