The first phase of registration for the 6th Asian Beach Games (ABG) Sanya 2026, covering national and regional Olympic committees as well as delegation sizes, has now officially concluded. All 45 Asian countries and regions have confirmed their participation.

On September 9, the Sanya ABG Organizing Committee sent out official invitations to all 45 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) across Asia, warmly welcoming them to send delegations and take part in the Games and related ceremonies. At the same time, the Committee also launched the registration process for athletes and technical officials.

As one of the five major multi-sport events organized by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), the Asian Beach Games is also the largest beach sports event in Asia. The 6th annual games will take place in Sanya from April 22 to 30, 2026, featuring 14 main events and 15 sub-events.
